FluidWorker 50 is a compact unit that automates your daily fluid management. It continuously measures, records and analyzes to automatically top-up to a preset concentration value and desired fluid level. The unit is fitted directly on the tank for easy installation, connect water supply and fluid concentrate, then connect the electrical plug and it's up and running.

FluidWorker effectively reduces bacteria in cutting fluids, washing fluids, and hardening fluids. With FluidWorker 150, the concentration of process fluids is automatically adjusted, and a level sensor ensures the correct level in the tank. FluidWorker uses UV light to minimize bacterial growth in process fluids. UV-C alters the DNA of bacteria so they can no longer reproduce. This results in a gradual reduction of bacteria and prevents new growth—without the use of biocides.
